Frequently asked questions
Can I use training footage?
Yes. The library supports both matches and training sessions, with video and scout files attached to each entry.
How do players access playlists?
On Cloud, add players to your club and assign them to the playlists you want to share. They sign in with their club account to access those playlists.
Do I need a scout file?
You can add a video without a scout. Filtering by player, skill and rotation needs scout data; jumping to an action also needs the scout and video to be synced.
Can I manage the club from the web?
Yes. Use the management site to organize matches, upload files, manage playlists and update club members. Video review happens in the player.
Is the price per club?
Yes. One Cloud plan covers your whole club and all its members.
Is there a storage limit?
Cloud has no fixed storage limit for your matches and training sessions. A fair use policy applies: if a club uses far more storage than typical club use, we will contact you to agree a solution.
Can I replace my uploaded match?
Yes. Free includes one uploaded match or training session per club, plus shared demos. Delete your upload to replace it. Deleting a match permanently removes its saved work and files. Cloud lets you keep your history.
