1. Who we are

Volleydex is operated by Federico Cian, a sole trader established in Italy (“we”, “us”). VAT number: IT05471900265. Address: 31100 Treviso (TV), Italy. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Volleydex is volleyball video analysis software. It consists of a player, available on the web and as a desktop app, and a cloud library for clubs. You can open video and scout files stored on your own device, review and filter scout actions, and, with a cloud library, store matches and training sessions online and share playlists with club members.

3. Plans

• Free: €0. Review your own video and scout files on the web or in the desktop app. A club can also open shared demo matches and upload one match of its own.
• Cloud 2026/27: €99 per club for the 2026/27 season, taxes included. Matches and training sessions for the whole season, video and scout files together, markers, playlists and comments, templates, team members and shared playlists.
• Pro: not available yet. It cannot be purchased.

4. Cloud season package

Cloud is sold per club, per season. A season runs from 1 July to 30 June. The Cloud 2026/27 package is a single payment, whenever you buy it, and gives your club Cloud access until 30 June 2027. It does not renew automatically. Before a new season we will tell you how to buy the next one.

Cloud storage is subject to fair use. There is no fixed storage limit for matches and training sessions, but if a club uses far more storage than typical club use, we will contact you to agree a solution.

5. Payment

Online orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes and payment-related customer service, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Accounts and clubs

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. A club has administrators, managers and players. Administrators and managers organise the club library, upload files and decide which members can view each playlist. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email address secure.

7. Your content

Videos, scout files, playlists, comments and other material you upload remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show that content to the people you share it with, only to provide the service. We do not use your uploads to train machine-learning models.

You may only upload content you have the right to use. Before uploading footage of people, the club must have every permission required by law, including consent from a parent or guardian where players are minors.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Volleydex to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service or other users, or access accounts or data you are not authorised to access.

9. When Cloud ends

When a club’s Cloud package ends and is not renewed, the club returns to the Free plan. Deleting a match permanently removes its saved work and files. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of your original files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will publish material changes on this site before they take effect. These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
